Connect JKMail to JKPanel for managed domain and mailbox provisioning.
Integration model
JKPanel can communicate with the JKMail service through its supported mail integration layer so hosting administrators can manage mail services within the wider customer-service workflow.
Typical lifecycle
- Connect the authorised JKMail service.
- Test connectivity.
- Create or assign the hosted mail domain.
- Provision mailboxes and quotas.
- Apply supported lifecycle operations.
- Monitor service health.
Credential ownership
Deployment-specific JKMail credentials and tokens belong to the customer's environment. Public JKSolutions software distributions should not include production credentials belonging to another JKSolutions installation.
Failure isolation
If JKPanel cannot manage mail but direct JKMail services remain operational, diagnose the integration path separately from SMTP and IMAP availability.
