Integration model
JKPanel Pro uses provider-specific modules to translate platform lifecycle operations into the API operations supported by each external system.
Credential ownership
- Enter the customer's own provider endpoint.
- Enter the customer's own API username, token, password or key.
- Do not distribute shared JKSolutions production credentials.
- Use the minimum provider permissions required by the intended operations.
- Rotate credentials when required by the provider or security policy.
Connection workflow
- Add server/provider
Create the infrastructure record.
- Select module
Choose the appropriate supported provider driver.
- Configure credentials
Enter endpoint and authentication data.
- Test connection
Verify API access before production assignment.
- Synchronise
Import or validate provider-side information where supported.
- Assign products
Link services only after the integration is verified.
Compatibility
Operations vary between providers. A successful connection test confirms API access but does not imply that every lifecycle function is available on every third-party platform.
Use the Integration Catalogue for the public compatibility overview.
