Administration

Initial Setup

Configure the organisation, administrators and operational defaults before connecting live customer services.

Administrator access

  • Create only the administrator accounts required for operations.
  • Assign roles and permissions according to responsibility.
  • Remove temporary setup accounts when no longer required.
  • Protect administrator credentials and review access periodically.

Business configuration

  • Company identity and contact information.
  • Primary operating currency and supported currencies.
  • Tax and invoicing configuration applicable to the business.
  • Invoice numbering and due-date policy.
  • Customer-facing branding and URLs.
  • Notification sender identities and delivery configuration.

Products and services

Define the products and service plans that customers can order. Link provisioning-capable products to the appropriate configured infrastructure only after the integration has passed a connectivity test.
