JKSolutions is responsible for security controls implemented within the software release, supported updater mechanisms and documented product behaviour.

Deployment owner responsibility

• Operating-system security and patching.
• Firewall and network policy.
• Administrator account security.
• Provider credential security.
• DNS configuration.
• TLS certificate operation.
• Backup storage and retention.
• Third-party provider configuration.

Third-party providers

Security and availability of external hosting panels, registrars, payment providers and other APIs remain subject to the policies and operation of those providers.

Operational discipline

A secure application can still be exposed by weak passwords, excessive permissions, outdated operating systems or unnecessarily public services. Production security therefore requires disciplined deployment and administration.
